The Clinical Tech provides essential clinical and administrative support to providers, including patient intake, triage, and assisting with minor procedures. They are also responsible for maintaining office cleanliness, managing patient charts, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience as a Medical Assistant, EMT, or Paramedic in a clinical setting. A current CPR license is required, and graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant school is strongly preferred.

Level 1: High School Diploma or its equivalent with a current CPR license and/or at least 1 year of experience as a certified MA, EMT Paramedic preferred in clinic setting, preferably urgent care
Level 2: Certified MA, EMT or Paramedic with a current CPR license and either (1) 4 years’ experience in relevant role and 2 year of Fast Pace experience in Clinical Tech role or (2) 6 years’ experience in relevant role.
Level 3: Certified MA, EMT, or Paramedic with a current CPR license and either (1) 6 years’ experience in relevant role and 2 years of Fast Pace experience in Clinical Tech role or (2) 8 years’ experience in relevant role.
Level 4: Certified MA, EMT, or Paramedic with a current CPR license and either (1) 6 years’ experience in relevant role and 2 years of Fast Pace experience in Clinical Tech role or (2) 8 years’ experience in relevant role.
Additional Responsibilities: Administration duties, including but not limited to scheduling, ordering, training, and other duties assigned by Clinic and or Regional Director
