POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Receives visitors or patients, ascertains their needs and directs them accordingly. Answers telephones, makes appointments and performs other related reception area duties. Adheres to Corporate Compliance program, by reporting improper or unethical conduct, violation of applicable laws, regulations or program requirements.

The majority of our physicians are board certified and bilingual, speaking English, Spanish or Creole. For other languages not spoken by our staff or for patients with disabilities, we utilize an over the phone translation/interpretation service. FHC is committed to serving all patients regardless of their income status. We offer a discount fee scale, which allows you to pay a reduced rate for services based on your family size and household income. According to Florida Association of Community Health Centers (FACHC) in 2019 FHC made a $103.3 million economic impact.
