The Supervisor is responsible for daily schedule processing and maintaining anesthetist hours for hospital OR locations. They proactively manage time gaps, resolve scheduling issues, and ensure accurate communication with physicians and off-site facilities.
Candidates must have an associate's degree and 2-3 years of hands-on scheduling experience in a hospital or high-volume surgery practice. Proficiency in scheduling software and strong collaborative skills are required for this role.
Overview
The Supervisor – Scheduling is responsible for daily schedule processing and provides direct interaction with hospital OR scheduling and/or management, as directed. This role also maintains positive relationships with all facilities partnered with USAP, ensuring timely communication and efficient resolution of issues to support seamless operations.
The base pay estimate for this role is $60,800 - $103,400 annually. The final offer will depend on the skills, experience, and qualifications of the selected candidate. This range is for base pay only and does not include bonuses or other compensation. This position is eligible for an annual bonus. Bonuses are not guaranteed and are awarded based on company and individual performance.
