The Senior Project Coordinator manages day-to-day research processes, including protocol implementation, data collection, and staff training. They also ensure compliance with grant requirements and serve as a backup to the Project Manager for oversight and documentation.
A bachelor's degree in a social science or public health discipline is required, with a master's degree preferred. Candidates must have demonstrated experience in managing complex research projects, technical writing, and delivering professional trainings.

The anticipated starting pay for new hires for this position is between $67,329 - $74,809 annual salary.
