Primary Care Physician - Family Medicine/Internal Medicine
Job Description
Morlen Health is currently seeking Board Certified or Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians to join the Primary Care team in Portland, Oregon. The ideal candidate will have the ability to provide high-quality, comprehensive care to patients. This physician will join an integrated and compassionate team of physicians and supportive clinical and administrative staff.
This primary care model is designed to support physicians in focusing their time on patient care, with strong collaboration and team-based support.
What You Can Expect:
No prior authorizations, with seamless collaboration with specialty care
No call, with team physicians providing coverage for patients and inbox responsibilities
Paid time off with team coverage while away
No RVU-based compensation
Approximately 70% of inbox messages handled by a team of clinicians
Ability to practice full-spectrum primary care with immediate access to specialty care
Access to a physician-friendly Epic EMR with AI-assisted charting
Minimum Requirements:
Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Your Total Rewards:
The annual salary for this position is $303,800-$342,400 .Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as an applicant’s skills and qualifications, education and certifications, training, relevant clinical experience, market data, geographic location, internal equity, FTE, and other job-related factors.
In addition to base pay, Morlen Health offers a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage; retirement benefits; paid time off; paid holidays; and other benefits and programs. Specific details are below, and specific plan information is available upon request.
Base salary range: $283,400-$322,000
Lifestyle Stipend: $20,400 annually
Paneling Bonus: $55,000 annually
Sign-on Bonus up to $50,000
Student Loan Assistance Program: Up to $125,000
Relocation Allowance available - up to $15,000
