Conduct after-hours home visits to provide nursing care to hospice patients as delegated by the triage nurse. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and families to develop and adjust patient plans of care.
Must hold a current Colorado RN license and have at least one year of RN experience, with hospice or home health experience preferred. Candidates must pass background checks, drug screenings, and be able to travel to multiple locations.

With a mission to affirm life at every step of the journey with illness and loss, TRU provides a continuum of care through TRU Hospice, TRU PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly), TRU Palliative Care, TRU Grief Services, and Landmark Memory Care.
Title: Hospice Afterhours Visit RN (24 hours/wk)
Schedule: 5pm to 5am on Wednesday & Thursday
Location: Field-based, varies throughout the territory based on patient need. Mileage reimbursement is provided at 72.5 cents per mile
Pay: $42.34 to $50.81 per hour
