The provider will conduct clinical assessments, diagnose patients, and manage Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) for substance use disorders. They will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans and maintain accurate electronic health records.
Candidates must hold a Master's or Doctoral degree in nursing or physician assistant studies and possess an active, unrestricted state license and DEA registration. While addiction medicine experience is preferred, the role is open to new graduates with a willingness to learn and the ability to administer intramuscular injections.

Who are you:
Porch Light Health is looking for a Certified Physician Assistant, and/or Nurse Practitioner to work in the specialty of Addiction Medicine. We encourage new grads to apply as we will train you in the Addiction Medicine specialty. This job is 40 hours per week, clinic-based, located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The medical Provider will see patients in clinic as well as via telehealth. You would be helping persons suffering from addiction or substance use disorder such as alcohol, opioids, stimulants, and benzodiazepines, etc. No prior addiction medicine experience is necessary. Emergency Room, Primary care, or psych experience is helpful. Must have an interest in helping underserved populations and be willing to learn new concepts. The ability to administer intramuscular medication by injection is required.

Pay: $115,000 -$140,000 per year. The base salary offered will depend on various factors such as Education, Experience, Geographical Location, skills, and qualifications, as well as internal equity.
