The Product Manager is responsible for achieving revenue and profitability objectives through the development and execution of global marketing strategies. This role involves leading new product launches, managing product lifecycles, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive market share and competitive advantage.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in product management or marketing. Experience in the medical device industry and an MBA are preferred qualifications.
The primary focus for the Product Manager position is to achieve or exceed revenue and profitability objectives for the assigned product or category.
The position is a mixture of downstream and upstream marketing with balanced focus on new product development and initiatives centered on marketing & sales strategies and execution.
This role can be located at one of the following STERIS locations: Mentor, OH or Vernon Hills, IL. Additionally, this role will require domestic travel estimated to be 40% along with some international travel expected.

Pay range for this opportunity is $107,550 - $120,000. This position is eligible for bonus participation.
Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed. Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc.
