Supervise daily plasma center operations and staff to ensure efficient collections in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures. Manage personnel performance, donor flow, and maintain a safe, clean work environment adhering to HSE and OSHA policies.
Requires a high school diploma and at least one year of supervisory or leadership experience. A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to hazardous chemicals and blood-borne pathogens.
This position is responsible for supervising the day-today plasma center operations and staff to ensure efficient plasma collections.
You will report to the Center Manager.
Minimum 1 year supervisory, leadership experience responsible for overseeing the activities of others required

Required to work overtime and extended hours to support center operational needs
The expected base salary range for this position at hiring is $23.46 - $25.61. Please note this salary range reflects the minimum and maximum base pay that CSL expects to pay for this position at the listed location as of the time of this posting. Individual base salary for a successful candidate is determined by qualifications, skill level, experience, competencies and other relevant factors. In addition to base salary, total compensation for this role may also include incentive compensation and equity.
