Candidates must have completed an LPN program and hold a current state license along with BLS certification. Six months to one year of related experience, preferably in urology, is required.

GENERAL SUMMARY
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and documents patient care in accordance with the facility, departmental and professional nursing practice. The LPN utilizes specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills necessary to assess data, plan, provide and evaluate care appropriate to patients. The ability to provide documentation in electronic format is required.
