Candidates must be at least 18 years old with some college education and possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance. Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is required, and an RBT credential is preferred.

We are currently hiring motivated, enthusiastic, and caring individuals to join our team. At Patterns, you will find a professional, ethical, caring, and fun work environment where you can make a difference in a child's life and reach your career goals.
Working in conjunction with a licensed BCBA, the behavior technician will be responsible to serve a caseload of families (1- 4 on average) and work 1:1 with children/young adults (ages 2 - 21) with behavioral disabilities in their home, community, schools, and/or clinical settings (assignments individualized per case).

Work and play with kids through the implementation of applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques
Learning about the field of ABA, taking data, and seeing the change you are making in your clients' lives

Some experience working with children, individuals with developmental disabilities, direct support, education, or a related field
Support with daily living and personal care routines—including toileting, hygiene, and self-care skills—using structured, individualized ABA strategies to promote independence.
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential preferred but not required
Be at least 18 years of age with some college education in the field; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
Ability to communicate effectively using both written and verbal skills
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance
CPR/First Aid Certified preferred
