Als Teil der globalen technischen Entwicklungsorganisation sind wir am Roche-Standort Basel für die Forschung und Entwicklung oraler Darreichungsformen verantwortlich. Dies umfasst die technische Entwicklung und Optimierung von Marktformulierungen und Herstellungsprozessen sowie Transfers auf kommerzielle Produktionsstandorte. Des Weiteren sind wir verantwortlich für die Herstellung von Chargen für klinische Studien der Phasen I -IV unter GMP. Zu unseren Aufgaben gehört auch die Evaluierung und Implementierung neuer Herstellungstechnologien und patientenorientierte Applikationsformen von Arzneimitteln.
Als Praktikant(in) in GMP-relevanten Funktionen begleiten und unterstützen Sie je nach Bedarf folgende Tätigkeiten
Erstellung und Überarbeitung von GMP-Prozessen und qualitätsrelevanten Dokumentationen (SOPs) im Entwicklungsbereich
Unterstützung und Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen und -prozessen unter Berücksichtigung von cGMP- und SHE (Sicherheit, Gesundheit & Umwelt) Anforderungen
Unterstützung bei der Beschaffung, Qualifizierung und/oder Änderung von Produktionsanlagen und -systemen
Unterstützung bei der Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von IT-Systeme (z. B. MES etc.)
Unterstützung bei der Organisation verschiedener Qualitätssysteme (z. B. Schulungen, Datenverwaltung und -archivierung, Dokumentation geplanter und ungeplanter Ereignisse (Deviation & Change Management))
Unterstützung der Teams bei Fragen zu den Themenbereichen Herstellequipment, Reinigungsprozesse und -systeme, Lagerhaltung und Versand und Cleaning Assessment / Validierung
Sie sind als Student/in im Fach Pharmazie, Pharmazeutische Wissenschaften, Pharmazeutische Technologie (bevorzugt mit Bachelor oder 2. Staatsexamen) eingeschrieben oder haben Ihr Studium innerhalb von 12 Monaten vor dem Startdatum abgeschlossen, weiterhin haben Interesse an technischen und GMP relevanten Fragestellungen. Darüber hinaus haben Sie Interesse, Ihr Wissen im Rahmen eines 6-monatigen Praktikums in einem modernen Arbeitsumfeld einzusetzen und weiterzugeben.
Dieses Praktikum dient primär der Unterstützung des laufenden GMP Herstellbetriebes und ist somit nicht geeignet, eine spezifische Bachelor-/Masterarbeit zu erarbeiten.

Weitere Spezifikationen der Behörde gibt es bislang nicht. Um die GMP-Konformität Ihres Betriebs auch nach Ablauf der Frist lückenlos zu gewährleisten, müssen Sie umgehend handeln. Die Verantwortung für eine GMP-konforme und praxistaugliche Umsetzung liegt vollständig bei Ihnen. Wie gehen Sie methodisch vor, um die maximal zulässige Personenzahl pro Herstellraum zu ermitteln und festzulegen?
Aufgabenstellung:
