The Physical Therapist performs initial and ongoing assessments to develop and implement personalized rehabilitation plans for clients. They also collaborate with interdisciplinary staff and physicians to evaluate outcomes, manage equipment needs, and ensure comprehensive clinical documentation.
Candidates must hold a current Physical Therapy license in Virginia and have graduated from an approved physical therapy program. At least one year of clinical experience and current CPR certification are required.
