We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team for 2 days per week, delivering high-quality primary care in senior living facilities. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, focusing on promoting wellness, managing chronic conditions, and coordinating care with other healthcare providers.
