The physical therapist provides direct patient care, manages treatment plans from evaluation to discharge, and collaborates with the healthcare team to ensure functional progress. They also participate in departmental process improvement, clinical education, and maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and possess a valid Illinois state license. A BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required within 90 days of hire.
