The Senior Financial Analyst conducts financial research, feasibility studies, and develops complex models to support business decisions and operational efficiency. They are responsible for summarizing financial data, identifying trends, and providing actionable recommendations to senior management.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with a CPA or advanced degree preferred. A minimum of three to five years of healthcare financial analytical experience or seven to eight years of general financial analyst experience is required.

General duties include performing research, systems overviews and direct observations of operational or financial functions of departments of the Clinic with the goal of making complex business decisions and recommendations to senior management to support operational efficiencies, accuracy, cost controls and expanded services.
