Lead outpatient dialysis care for patients with end-stage renal disease by overseeing treatments and guiding clinical staff. Coordinate patient care plans, monitor outcomes, and ensure high standards of safety and compassion.
Requires a current RN license, CPR certification, and at least 18 months of RN experience, including 6 months in dialysis. An ADN is required, while a BSN and experience in ICU, ER, or Med/Surg are preferred.
