Implementation Consultant - Revs and Bens
At Civica, we create software that helps deliver critical services to citizens around the world. Our Revenues & Benefits solutions support local authorities in delivering vital services to communities, helping them manage council tax, business rates and benefits administration effectively.
We're looking for an Implementation Consultant - Revenues & Benefits to join our Customer team. You'll work with local authority customers to successfully implement and optimise Civica's Revenues & Benefits solutions, ensuring they gain maximum value from their investment and achieve successful business outcomes.
What you'll be doing
Leading the implementation of Civica Revenues & Benefits solutions for local authority customers
Running discovery workshops to understand customer processes, requirements and objectives
Configuring software solutions to meet customer needs and best practice standards
Delivering training, demonstrations and knowledge transfer sessions to end users
Supporting data migration, testing and go-live activities
Providing expert guidance on Revenues & Benefits processes and system capabilities
Managing implementation risks, issues and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle
Building strong relationships with customer stakeholders
Working closely with Project Managers, Customer Success Managers, Product teams and Support teams to deliver successful outcomes
Experience implementing or supporting Revenues & Benefits software solutions
Knowledge of local government Revenues & Benefits processes, including Council Tax, Business Rates and/or Housing Benefits
Experience working in a consultancy, implementation or customer-facing role
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
The ability to gather and translate business requirements into effective solutions
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience delivering workshops, training or user engagement activities
A collaborative approach with a focus on customer success
