The AI Tech Lead will architect and oversee the development of scalable predictive and generative AI solutions while mentoring a team of developers. They will also implement MLOps practices and ensure the integration of AI models into production environments.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field with at least 8 to 10 years of experience, including 5 years in software engineering focused on AI/ML. The role requires the ability to obtain a public trust clearance and proficiency in Python, cloud platforms, and containerization technologies.

This role spans the spectrum of data science development work.
Steampunk relies on several factors to determine salary, including but not limited to geographic location, contractual requirements, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $140,000 to $180,000. The estimate displayed represents a typical annual salary range for this position.
