The Technical Program Manager will lead large, cross-functional technical programs from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment across engineering, operations, and cybersecurity teams. They are responsible for program planning, scheduling, risk management, and maintaining detailed roadmaps to meet quality and compliance requirements.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and over 10 years of experience in technical program management or systems engineering. A Top Secret SCI clearance with Polygraph is strictly required for this role.
