You use your skills to think bigger and push further, solving complex problems. We’re looking for an expert like you to create solutions for missions that keep our nation safe.
As aCBRND SME, you’ll bring yourstrategic, operational, and tactical expertise in CBRNDto work on projects forthe Capability Portfolio Executive for CBRND. You’ll leverage your knowledge inthreat mitigation, readiness planning, tactical response, and doctrine developmentto address CWMD mission priorities in theINDOPACOM AOR.
You’ll analyze, develop, and implementstrategic frameworks, operational strategies, and tactical integration plansthat improve the resilience of allied forces and strengthen CWMD readiness capabilities. You’ll be a trusted advisor to clients overseeing CBRND doctrines, and we’ll look to you toguide mission planners and decision-makers.
You’ll guide the work we do forCBRND defense operationsand the solutions we deliver fornational security, regional deterrence strategy, and military readiness.

You Have:
Experiencein developing and executing tactical and operational CBRND operations aligned with national defense priorities and emerging threats
Knowledge ofCBRN doctrine, readiness planning, and operational integration, including familiarity with INDOPACOM regional challenges and allied operations
Ability tocoordinate with U.S. and host-nation partners to integrate field-level capability delivery packages aligned with dynamic mission conditions
Top Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
Experiencedelivering operational and tactical readiness frameworks to Combatant Commands, including CBRN-specific training and doctrinal recommendations
Knowledge of Complex Threat Environment Planning in INDOPACOM or similar AORs
Ability toanalyze training gaps and implement capability solutions integrated into ReARMM and combat force readiness rotations
Bachelor’s degree in Defense Studies or Crisis Management
PMP or project and operations management Certification
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
