Job Description
Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Part Time Merchandiser to join our team.
We are jointly owned by Suntory and PepsiCo. Suntory is a family-owned business founded in Japan more than 125 years ago that is known globally for their beverages and innovative spirit. PepsiCo has a 125-year plus legacy as a global leader in convenient foods and beverages. We represent Suntory’s non-alcoholic beverage industry in the United States and have an 80-year plus legacy of providing PepsiCo products to the Carolinas and beyond.
We make, sell, and distribute PepsiCo and other beverages. We do business in five states and sell PepsiCo beverages to most of the market in our geographic regions. We also develop our own line of beverages, producing and distributing a growing product line nationally.

Part Time Merchandiser Role Overview
Responsible for merchandising products, including stocking and replenishing shelves, rotating inventory, setting displays, stocking and organizing coolers, and maintaining organized storage areas while moving product from backroom to the sales floor.
Merchandises store shelving, coolers, and displays with Pepsi and allied products across assigned accounts.
Maintains backroom inventory in a clean, organized, and orderly condition.
Communicates issues, concerns, or opportunities to the supervisor and team.
Other duties as assigned.
High school diploma or GED highly preferred.
Valid driver’s license is required.
Retail industry work experience preferred.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong basic math skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Demonstrates reliable and consistent work habits.
Must be able to meet PBV driving guidelines and maintain driving record acceptable per PBV’s Driving Policy.
Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.
