The Expeditor manages the flow of food pick-up in the kitchen, ensuring order completeness and quality control. They act as the primary communication link between the Front of House and Back of House staff.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with previous restaurant experience in a full-service environment. Physical ability to stand for long periods and a commitment to food safety and quality are required.
Sunday - Thursday | 11am-10pm
Friday & Saturday | 11am-11pm
As a Expeditor, you'll set the pace and flow of pick-up in the kitchen, ensure that orders only leave once complete, execute quality control inspections and build relationships to ensure smooth timing with the hold and cold lines. You'll communicate with both Front of House and Back of House staff. You'll handle food according to applicable health codes and hygiene regulations. You'll stock your station and complete all delegated side work. You'll interact with guests in a friendly/fast manner. You'll have complete knowledge of the Brew House's food and beverage preparation.
Candidates should be willing and able to work a flexible schedule that will include evenings, weekends and holidays as business needs dictate.
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base hourly wage for this position is $17.00/hour!
