The Busser/Server Assistant is responsible for supporting meal service by greeting guests, refilling beverages, and maintaining table cleanliness. They ensure a high-quality dining experience by efficiently clearing courses and resetting tables for new parties.
Candidates must have at least one year of high-volume restaurant experience and be of legal age to serve alcohol. Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 100 lbs is required, along with valid food and alcohol certifications.

Generally, the Busser/Server Assistant’s primary responsibility is to satisfy our guests by assisting with our meal service. Busser/Server Assistant’s must be thoroughly familiar with Lawry's appearance standards, guest interaction procedures, table duties, side work, and safety procedures, and the overall operation of our kitchen and dining room.
Experience:
Licenses/Certifications:
Computer Skills: Basic familiarity with computers, POS systems, calculators, and touch screens.
Education: High school diploma or GED preferred. Some college or culinary education beneficial.
Salary Range: $16.90-$17/hour
