Lead the development and execution of market demand plans for North America by partnering with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance. Facilitate IBP cycles and manage demand planning master data within SAP IBP to ensure operational alignment.
Requires over 8 years of experience in supply chain or demand planning with strong expertise in S&OP/IBP processes. Must be proficient in planning tools, preferably SAP IBP, and possess strong analytical and communication skills.

We are seeking a Demand Planning Manager – North America (NAM) to sit at the heart of our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process - leading the development, alignment, and execution of market demand plans across North America.
Based in Newport Beach, you’ll partner closely with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to translate market insights into clear, actionable forecasts that enable strong commercial and operational outcomes.
