The Seafood Specialist is responsible for maintaining seafood department excellence by ensuring product freshness, accurate merchandising, and strict food safety compliance. They manage inventory rotation, execute planograms, and provide exceptional guest service on the sales floor.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with at least 2 years of experience in retail, grocery, restaurant, or hospitality operations. A high school diploma and experience with inventory management technology are preferred.

Are you known for your attention to detail and multitasking? Ready to take charge behind the scenes and keep our store moving at full speed? As the Seafood Specialist, you will be the store’s point person for seafood department excellence, ensuring product freshness, merchandising accuracy, and compliance with food safety standards. This role embodies passion, excellence, hospitality, and teamwork, delivering an exceptional guest experience while maintaining operational integrity. You will own seafood inventory accuracy, rotation standards, and presentation, while supporting guest engagement and department readiness for promotions and seasonal events.
This position requires the willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.
