The Cheese Sanitation Team Member performs wet and dry cleaning tasks across production areas to maintain facility integrity and GMP standards. Responsibilities include sanitizing equipment, managing chemical supplies, and ensuring all areas comply with food safety and quality regulations.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess the ability to read, write, and comprehend basic English. The role requires physical stamina for tasks such as lifting 50 pounds, climbing ladders, and working in extreme temperature environments.
For our state-of-the art 600+ person Lubbock, TX cheese and whey manufacturing facility, Leprino is seeking a L1 Cheese Sanitation Team Member (nights).
This position performs a variety of duties. The Cheese Sanitation Team Member II will perform dry and wet cleaning tasks in all production work areas and be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the facility in alignment with GMP’s.
All other duties as assigned.
