Provide day-to-day HR support for a manufacturing facility, focusing on employee relations, compliance, and workforce needs. Manage recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, and the application of attendance policies.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and 1 to 2 years of experience in an HR role. Proficiency in HR systems like SAP or UKG is required, while PHR/SHRM certifications are preferred.

This role partners closely with plant leadership and employees to ensure day-to-day HR support, compliance, and workforce needs are handled effectively, consistently, and with care.
