Requires three to five years of culinary leadership experience with a strong background in high-volume production and catering. A culinary degree is preferred.
Salary: $110,000.00 - $115,000.00

Working as the Executive Chef, you are responsible for overseeing all culinary functions for the Polaris Lounge by United Airlines at the LAX Airport. You will manage and lead a team of associates and oversee all safety and sanitation as it pertains to the account. Additionally, as part of the culinary team, you will be responsible for the following:
