The role:
We are seeking an Events F&B Manager for our newly opened 95 room Aparthotel nestled in the heart of Lisbon. We need someone who is passionate about, and connected to the local market, with experience working in a similar property, and extensive F&B experience, to help us create a truly amazing Wilde experience for our guests. At Wilde our Irish heritage mixes with local cultures to form new experiences that are unique to each city, and each Wilde.
As the Events F&B Manager, you will be responsible for delivering annual events and F&B revenue targets and driving profitable utilisation across F&B outlets. The Events F&B Manager will play a key role in positioning Wilde Lisbon as one of the venues for corporate, creative and cultural events, ensuring strong market visibility and consistent commercial performance.

We would love you to have:
5+ years prior experience in a similar role ideally within the lifestyle hotel or hospitality sector, along with extensive F&B experience and knowledge and managerial or supervisory experience
Local market knowledge is highly desired
