Liderar a equipa em loja e garantir qualidade e velocidade em cada entrega
Gerir stock, encomendas, reposição e organização operacional do turno
Resolver o inesperado com calma e fechar o turno com os números no verde
Acolher e integrar novos colaboradores — a tua equipa começa contigo
Apoiar o(a) Gerente na coordenação e na motivação da equipa
Tens experiência em restauração — preferencialmente rápida — e já lideraste pessoas, mesmo que informalmente. Sabes que um bom turno começa antes de abrir a loja. A pressão de um serviço intenso não te bloqueia — energiza-te.
Experiência prévia em restauração ou retalho alimentar (QSR é preferencial)
Capacidade de liderança e comunicação clara com equipas diversas
Disponibilidade para turnos rotativos e fins de semana
Orientação para resultados e gestão de indicadores operacionais
Experiência em gestão de delivery é valorizada
