Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 5+ years of experience or a Journeyman Electrician certification with 10+ years of industrial experience. Must possess expert-level troubleshooting skills in manufacturing electrical systems and knowledge of food processing regulatory compliance.

The Electrical & Automation Specialist is responsible for plant-wide electrical power distribution, automation, process control, OT networks, MES, and Factory Automation Systems (FAS). This role ensures safe, reliable, compliant, and cost effective operation of electrical and automation systems while supporting production, maintenance, and capital projects in alignment with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.
Technical Scope
• Electrical Power Distribution: Utility service through switchgear, transformers, MCCs, motors, and loads
• Automation & Controls: PLCs, HMIs, motion control, VFDs, instrumentation, and process control systems
• OT Networks: Ethernet and industrial networks (DeviceNet, ControlNet, DH+, RS485), servers, and security
• MES: Requirements definition, implementation, training, and lifecycle management
• Capital Projects: Design review, commissioning, startup support, and technical validation

The base salary range for this position is $120,000- $150,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits.
