The operator manages the loading and unloading of trucks while monitoring silo levels to prevent product spills. They are also responsible for documenting production and performing cleaning-in-place (CIP) sterilization processes.
Candidates must possess a valid Washington Driver's License and be able to obtain a milk sampling and testing license. Physical ability to lift up to 70 pounds and availability for a 24/7 shift schedule are required.
