The Line Cook is responsible for preparing and plating high-quality menu items while maintaining consistency, speed, and food safety standards. They must also manage kitchen station inventory, maintain a clean workspace, and collaborate effectively with the rest of the culinary team.
Candidates must have one to two years of experience in a high-volume or scratch kitchen environment and possess strong culinary skills. A current Texas Food Handler's Certification is required, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays is essential.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This role requires the ability to:
· Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
· Lift, carry, push, and pull food products, equipment, and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.
· Perform repetitive motions including chopping, stirring, reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and lifting.
· Work safely around hot surfaces, open flames, sharp knives, and commercial kitchen equipment.
· Tolerate varying temperatures, including hot kitchen environments, walk-in coolers, and freezers.
· Maintain manual dexterity and coordination necessary for food preparation, cooking, and plating.
· Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail and safety.

We “raise” our barrels from birth to maturity, allowing the spirits to endure the wild swings of Texas weather, resulting in layer upon layer of depth and character.
