Responsibilities:
· Assist members with deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other routine transactions accurately and efficiently.
· Provide excellent customer service by greeting members warmly, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
· Educate members on various credit union products and services, including checking and savings accounts, loans, and electronic banking options.
· Maintain a neat and organized workstation, adhering to all security and compliance procedures.
· Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and promote a positive work environment.
