The Tax Advisor is responsible for preparing accurate individual and business tax returns while providing personalized financial recommendations to clients. They will also build trusted relationships, identify savings opportunities, and provide support for IRS notices and audits.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in tax preparation, accounting, or finance and have successfully completed the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment. A high school diploma or GED is required, and applicants must meet all applicable IRS and state continuing education requirements.
