We're looking for an Actuarial Analyst to join Penn Mutual! In this role you will gain hands-on experience across multiple actuarial disciplines while progressing toward your FSA designation. This role offers a dynamic blend of analytical work, collaboration across teams, and professional growth.

Responsibilities
Perform actuarial calculations and analyses supporting product development, financial management, reserving, experience studies, risk management, and other business initiatives.
Analyze data, assumptions, and results, investigating and resolving issues as appropriate.
Support actuarial research, audits, financial reporting, and regulatory or rating agency requests.
Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations for management and other internal or external stakeholders.
Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements, including the use of emerging technologies and AI-enabled tools, to improve actuarial efficiency.
Partner with departments such as Accounting and Operations to support cross-functional initiatives.
Adhere to company policies, actuarial standards, and the company's framework of internal controls.
