Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of experience, with 3 to 5 years specifically in sustainability, governance, or non-financial reporting. Must be proficient in both English and French and possess strong strategic judgment and communication skills.

As Practice Lead – Sustainability and Non‑Financial Disclosures, you will play a senior expert and influential leadership role within the Sustainability team at iA Financial Group. Reporting to the Director, Sustainability, you will be central to the quality, consistency and evolution of the organization’s ESG disclosures, while contributing to structuring initiatives that support its long‑term sustainable performance.
This role represents a unique opportunity to leverage your strategic judgment, rigor and influence in a dynamic, collaborative and continuously evolving environment.
