Manage a portfolio of motor claims from initial notification through to settlement, including investigating liability and quantum. Liaise with various stakeholders to negotiate fair outcomes while ensuring compliance with internal policies and service level agreements.
Requires a base understanding of insurance principles and experience handling motor claims, including accidental damage and third-party damage. Candidates must possess strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to work effectively in an office environment.
