The Operations Controller drives growth and profitability by analyzing project financial data and identifying financial risks. Key duties include overseeing project cash flow, managing job costs, and collaborating with leadership on business plans and projections.
Candidates must have a BS in Accounting and at least 10 years of progressive accounting experience, including 3 years in the construction industry. A CPA or MBA is preferred, along with proven experience managing a team.

The Operations Controller for Pepper Construction is an integral part of the leadership team helping to drive growth and profitability. Working closely with operations leaders, you will be responsible for analyzing all project related financial data including identifying and communicating areas of financial risk.
