The Payroll Administrator manages biweekly payroll operations and supports employee onboarding, benefits administration, and timekeeping. They also ensure compliance with reporting requirements and collaborate with Human Resources and the Business Office to maintain accurate records.
Candidates must have five or more years of payroll administration experience and proficiency with Paycor software. A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with strong Excel skills and a customer-service mindset.
St. Xavier High School is seeking a Payroll Administrator to oversee payroll operations and support a variety of payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee support functions. This position works closely with Human Resources and the Business Office and plays an important role in supporting the faculty and staff who make St. Xavier's mission possible. The ideal candidate will bring strong payroll expertise, a customer-service mindset, and a desire to continuously improve processes and systems.

Salary: $68,000+ annually, commensurate with experience.
