The Order Quality Specialist acts as a safeguard for deal validation and ensures the accuracy of quote and contract records. They collaborate with global functions to optimize order processing, billing, and customer success while ensuring compliance with sales order policies.
The role requires experience in managing order workflows, troubleshooting quote creation, and performing root cause analysis. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work effectively with sales teams and maintain high standards of data quality for invoicing.
•Act as the safeguard for deal validation recognizing revenue
•Operate data validation of quote & contract records for new and existing customers
•Review, validate, and monitor the quality of both new and reoccurring (renewal)subscription orders. Update and remediate the quote/order to improve the quality of theorder form and invoice to customer. Provide ongoing support for daily opportunity toorder matters including support for new business, renewal processing, change requestsand responding to end-user inquiries.
•Work with sales on customer order data capture and order quality to ensure Clarivatehas all required data to invoice accurately.
•Collaborate with key global functions including sales, sales operations, customersupport, fulfillment, order management and billing to reduce re-work and optimize hand-offs. Develop effective working relationships with sales and collaborate with partnergroups providing service to the business. Work closely with sales to enable customersuccess.
•Ensure all business activities follow the sales order policy and other key controls
•Reduce the number of overdue renewals in collaboration with sales and supportorganization
•Manage workflow via cases, outbound and inbound tracking and to support root causeanalysis. Manage assigned cases and drive performance based upon metrics.
•Troubleshoot with users quote creation & contract management queries
•Be part of a high-performance culture working towards SMART objectives to measurehis/her individual performance
•Manage and take personal responsibility for one’s professional development plan
•Act as a strong contributor to an operating culture that makes possible collaboration,open communications, and a focus on talent development.
