Provide expert legal advice on securities trading and prime brokerage, focusing on margin lending rules and regulatory frameworks. Draft and negotiate complex securities agreements and manage compliance for cross-asset transactions.
Requires a Juris Doctor (JD) degree, a valid law license, and at least 3 years of experience in securities law or financial services. Candidates must have strong knowledge of U.S. securities regulations, including the Securities Act of 1933 and Exchange Act of 1934.
We are seeking a Securities & Prime Brokerage Counsel to join our Financial Services team. In this role, you will provide expert legal advice and support to our clients in securities trading and prime brokerage, ensuring compliance with evolving margin lending rules and regulatory frameworks. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with leading financial institutions, advising on complex securities agreements, margin regulations, and cross-asset transactions. This is an existing vacancy.
The estimated total compensation for full-time Axiom attorney roles is $104,500-325,000 per year and for non-attorney roles is $71,250-309,750 per year. Compensation decisions are based on various factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.
