Ons product – de Thermeleon Warmtebatterij – is een innovatieve etmaalbuffer voor kassen. Het verbetert de energie-efficiëntie van kassen door de overtollige warmte strategisch te hergebruiken tijdens de dag-nachtcyclus. Zo verlagen we het aardgasgebruik substantieel en is er een hogere klimaatgelijkheid over de kas heen. In deze rol ben jij de technische schakel tussen ons Sales-team en onze klanten (telers). Je beantwoordt zelfstandig de meerderheid van de technische vragen die vanuit sales binnenkomen, en zorgt ervoor dat alleen de complexere vraagstukken bij het Tech-team terechtkomen. Je valt onder Operations en werkt nauw samen met zowel Sales als het technische team.
Je bent eerstelijns technisch aanspreekpunt voor vragen die vanuit Sales binnenkomen
Je vertaalt technische vraagstukken naar heldere, begrijpelijke antwoorden voor klanten en salescollega's
Je handelt zelfstandig het grootste deel van de technische vragen af die vanuit sales binnenkomen
Je herkent en prioriteert complexere technische issues en zet deze gestructureerd door naar het Tech-team
Je ondersteunt Sales bij offertes, demo's en klantgesprekken waar technische diepgang nodig is
Je denkt actief mee over hoe het technische proces en de klantvraag beter op elkaar aansluiten
WAT WE ZOEKEN
Je hebt een technische studie-achtergrond (bijvoorbeeld Werktuigbouwkunde, Natuurkunde, Chemical Engineering of vergelijkbaar)
Je hebt affiniteit met klantcontact en commercieel inzicht
Je bent een sterke communicator die technische inhoud helder over kan brengen aan een niet-technisch publiek
Je bent zelfstandig en oplossingsgericht, en schakelt makkelijk tussen techniek en klantrelatie
Ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol (bijvoorbeeld Technical Sales, Asset Reliability Specialist, Application Engineer) is een pré

Thermeleon bestaat uit een enthousiast en gevarieerd team dat is gedreven door een duurzame ideologie en een passie voor de glastuinbouw. Momenteel bevinden we ons in de startup-fase, waarbij de metingen bij de klant in een high-tech kas in volle gang zijn. Om te blijven leren (van elkaar), organiseren we elke vrijdag een 'Therming Sessie' om kennis te delen en de week af te sluiten.
We zijn onderdeel van het duurzame-startup innovatieprogramma van de Europese Unie (Climate-KIC) en ontvangen ook subsidie van het NWO-domein Toegepaste en Technische Wetenschappen (TTW) in samenwerking met de TU Delft.
