Conduct site surveys and execute the installation and commissioning of Battery Energy Storage Systems, inverters, and telecom power solutions. Provide technical support, troubleshoot system faults, and manage project documentation and after-sales service.
Requires a B.Tech degree with 0 to 3 years of experience. Candidates must be willing to travel extensively to project sites and possess a customer-focused ownership mindset.
Conduct site surveys for ESS/BESS, Telecom, and Solar projects, including load assessment and feasibility analysis • Execute Installation & Commissioning (I&C) of: ➢ Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) ➢ Inverters, PCS, and related systems ➢ Telecom power backup solutions • Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers and internal teams • Diagnose and troubleshoot system faults, alarms, and performance issues • Ensure proper documentation, including: ➢ Site survey reports ➢ Commissioning reports ➢ Service reports and warranty claim details • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, design, and service) for smooth project execution • Support customers in AMC/CAMC and after-sales service activities • Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality procedures • Travel to project sites as per business requirements
