JLL is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Engineering to manage engineering operations, project monitoring, snag management, facility handovers, utility management, statutory compliance, and technical service delivery within a commercial facility environment. The role requires strong expertise in MEP systems, contractor management, and ensuring seamless transition from project execution to facility operations.
HT/LT Electrical Systems, Transformers, DG Sets, UPS, HVAC Systems, Fire & Life Safety Systems, STP/ETP, Plumbing Systems, BMS, Lifts, Access Control, CCTV, and Building Infrastructure.
Preferred Industry: Commercial Real Estate, IT Parks, Corporate Campuses, Business Parks, and Large Mixed-Use Developments.
