Oversee all aspects of tax compliance, reporting, and planning for the company and its related entities. Lead specific clean energy tax workstreams and supervise the Tax Analyst to ensure scalable processes.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and a CPA or Enrolled Agent certification with at least 5 years of tax experience. Direct experience with clean energy tax rules (§48, §48E, §6418) and multi-state compliance is strongly preferred.

The Tax Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of tax compliance, reporting, and planning
for ON.energy and all its related entities. This role leads the tax function end-to-end — from federal and multi-state
filings to ITC monetization strategy — and directly supervises the Tax Analyst. The Tax Manager operates as a
strategic partner to the Tax Director, CFO, and Finance team, ensuring the company remains fully compliant while
optimizing tax positions across a growing portfolio of clean energy projects.
