The Process Engineer will provide technical leadership for capital projects from conception through start-up, ensuring designs are safe, cost-effective, and aligned with business objectives. They will also support plant operations through troubleshooting, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration with maintenance and EHS teams.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and possess at least 5 years of experience in chemical manufacturing or process engineering. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Front-End Loading (FEL) methodologies and PSM-regulated environments are highly preferred.
The Process Engineer (Projects Focus) provides process engineering leadership for capital projects, supporting the Wilmington site from project conception through start-up. Working closely with Project Managers, Operations, and Engineering leadership, this role applies Front-End Loading (FEL) principles and strong process design expertise to deliver practical, effective solutions in a manufacturing environment.
