Facility Coordinator (6-Month Contract, Extension Possible) [Jakarta]

Job Description Summary

Support the day-to-day facilities and workplace operations for a leading organization's corporate office in Jakarta. This role is responsible for ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained workplace environment through vendor coordination, facilities management, workplace support, and stakeholder engagement.

This position is initially offered on a 6-month fixed-term contract, with potential extension.

Job Description

About the Role:

• Coordinate daily facilities operations including maintenance, cleaning, security, safety compliance, workplace services, and office support activities to ensure smooth business operations.

• Manage vendor performance and service delivery, including maintenance contractors, cleaning providers, building management, and other workplace service partners.

• Liaise with internal stakeholders and support functions (HR, IT, Security, Finance, etc.) to address operational issues, workplace requests, and facilities-related improvements.

• Monitor office assets, inventory, pantry supplies, meeting rooms, and common areas while ensuring workplace presentation and employee experience standards are maintained.

• Support facilities reporting, invoice verification, service tracking, preventive maintenance activities, workplace events, onboarding logistics, and administrative coordination.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Human Resources, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in facilities management, general affairs, workplace services, office operations, or hospitality environments.

• Strong vendor management, facilities coordination, and stakeholder management skills with a proactive and service-oriented mindset.

• Good organizational and multitasking abilities, with experience managing multiple operational priorities simultaneously.

• Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Indonesia and English (conversational level preferred), and comfortable working within a dynamic corporate environment
