The Estimator is responsible for preparing contract proposal estimates for mechanical disciplines such as plumbing, piping, and sheet metal systems. This includes analyzing blueprints, calculating takeoffs, and monitoring project costs to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Candidates should ideally have an associate's degree in mechanical engineering or construction management, or 1-5 years of equivalent experience. A minimum of one year of estimating or trade experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.
As an Estimator, you will prepare portions of contract proposal estimates for one or more disciplines, including the determination of applicable project plans and specifications. Disciplines could be plumbing, piping or sheet metal systems. May independently estimate a small to medium sized plan/spec, design assist or design build projects.

Pay Range:
$54,019.90 - $81,029.85The actual salary offer will vary by candidate based on a wide range of factors such as specific skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
