MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health+ Safety Sciences or related field, or equivalent safety experience
A minimum of five (5)years of experience in occupational Environmental Health + Safetyin construction
Safety Trained Supervisor Certification, or equivalent
Construction Health and Safety Technician Certification, or equivalent
Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations
Ability to effectively communicate ideas to employees,tradepartnersand clients
TECHNICAL JOB KNOWLEDGE:
Field Audits, InspectionsandRisk Identification
Leads comprehensive EHS audits and field inspections on complex or high-risk projects
Identifiessystemic issues and ensurestimelyresolution andaccuratedocumentation
Conducts peer audits of other EHS Managers and shares findings with department leadership
Maintains a strong field presence and models expected EHS leadership behaviors

Reviews and approves Job Hazard Analyses, Pre-Task Plans, and high-risk work scopes
Ensures control measures align with DAVIS standards and regulatory requirements
Integrates EHS into preconstruction,logistics, and project planning discussions

Facilitates leadership-level engagement on safety performance and risk mitigation strategies
Leads project EHS kickoff and trade partner preconstruction meetings

The base salary (or hourly) range for this position is
$115,000.00 - $140,000.00
